Orange Pork Loin without Oven

This orange pork loin without oven is delicious, spiced, and has an simply irresistible citrus touch; it's a combination of umami flavor that will delight everyone who tries it! Best of all, this orange pork loin is very easy to prepare and you don’t need an oven.

  • 3 tablespoons raw sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 pork loin, 2 kg
  • 1 cup Kikkoman® Sauce with Orange to glaze
  • 2 tablespoons Kikkoman® traditionally brewed soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons anise, in seed or powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • salt
  • pepper
  • water, for the pressure cooker
  • vegetable oil
  • orange, in slices, roasted, for garnish
  • cinnamon stick, toasted, for garnish
  • star anise pod, toasted, for garnish

  • Mix the sugar, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper.
  • Spread the pork loin with the previous mixture.
  • Mix Kikkoman® Orange Sauce for glazing, Kikkoman® Soy Sauce, cinnamon, anise, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Wrap the pork loin in aluminum foil and before sealing, pour the glaze you prepared, reserving some for touch-ups.
  • Place a rack inside the pressure cooker, pour water, but make sure it stays below the rack, and put the wrapped loin on top. Cover the pot and cook the orange loin for 50 minutes. Once the pressure cooker allows, remove the loin and unwrap the aluminum.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat and sear the cooked loin without liquid on all sides until the outer layer is golden brown and forms a crust. Then, pour a little more of the glaze to reinforce the flavor and color, as well as the orange slices. Cook for 3 more minutes and set aside.
  • Let the orange pork loin rest for 10 minutes to settle the juices.
  • Slice the orange pork loin without oven, serve with the glaze and garnish with oranges, cinnamon sticks, and star anise.
