1 cube Knorr® tomato bouillon
1 teaspoon lard
3/4 cups unsalted peanuts
2 corn tortillas
1 teaspoon piquín chile, dry
2 cloves garlic
1/8 teaspoons cumin powder
1 pinch cinnamon powder
1/8 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 pinch cilantro seeds, powder
450 grams pork loin, in medallions

In a skillet over medium heat without oil, toast the tortillas until crispy.
In the same skillet, toast the peanuts, chili, and garlic.
Soak the chili in 1 cup of hot water until softened and blend with the rest of the seasonings.
Melt the lard in the skillet and fry the pork medallions until golden brown.
Incorporate the peanut mixture, add Knorr® Tomato Seasoning, and reduce the heat.
Cook for 10 minutes. If desired, you can use chicken instead of pork.
