In a medium skillet with a little oil, add the chopped onions and garlic, and sauté.
Add the cream, drained mushrooms, and season with salt and pepper.
Cook on low heat until the mushrooms are tender. Set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat with a bit of oil, cook the pork loin until well done. (You can also bake it in the oven with the sauce if you prefer)
Serve with the mushroom sauce and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
