Pork Loin in Mushroom Cream

Try this recipe for pork loin in mushroom cream, it's simple and very tasty. Both adults and kids will love it.

  • 1 pork loin
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 250 grams whipping cream
  • 1 can button mushrooms
  • salt , and pepper to taste
  • oil , necessary amount
  • 100 grams parsley

  • In a medium skillet with a little oil, add the chopped onions and garlic, and sauté.
  • Add the cream, drained mushrooms, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook on low heat until the mushrooms are tender. Set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat with a bit of oil, cook the pork loin until well done. (You can also bake it in the oven with the sauce if you prefer)
  • Serve with the mushroom sauce and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
