1 cup red onion, in cubes
1 cup sweet potato, in cubes
1/4 cups Italian dressing
1 green apple , in cubes
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
1 pork tenderloin

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Mix the vegetables with the dressing and cheese; spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes.
Cut the pork tenderloin into 8 pieces.
Add the apples. Coat the meat with the breading mixture as directed on the package; place it on the baking sheet.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the meat is cooked and the vegetables are tender.
Remove from the oven, let the meat rest for 3 minutes before slicing.
