  • Mix the beans, onion, chilies, and 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce and soy sauce; spread this in a baking dish.
  • Spread the remaining barbecue sauce on the meat; coat it well in the breading. Place it on top of the beans.
  • Bake the pork loin for 1 hour or until cooked through.
  • Place it on a serving platter; let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Incorporate the parsley into the beans. Serve them with the meat.
