2 cans black beans
1 onion, slice

3/4 cups barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons soy
1 pork loin
ground bread
3 tablespoons parsley

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the beans, onion, chilies, and 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce and soy sauce; spread this in a baking dish.
Spread the remaining barbecue sauce on the meat; coat it well in the breading. Place it on top of the beans.
Bake the pork loin for 1 hour or until cooked through.
Place it on a serving platter; let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Incorporate the parsley into the beans. Serve them with the meat.
