1/2 kilos pork tenderloin
1 clove garlic, mashed
1 onion, cut into quarters
1 carrot , peeled and in 2.5 cm pieces
1 celery, in 2.5 cm pieces
1 tomato , chopped
1 tablespoon chile powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoons cumin
1/4 teaspoons dried oregano
1/4 teaspoons pepper
1 leaf bay

Place the pork, garlic, onion, carrot, celery, and tomato in a pot.
Season with chili powder, salt, cumin, oregano, pepper, and bay leaf.
Cover with enough water.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover, and simmer until the pork is tender, about 2 hours.
Let it cool and shred the meat. Use it in tacos, tamales, or other snacks.
