  • 80 grams button mushrooms, sliced and sautéed
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 110 grams potato
  • 125 grams whipping cream
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 cup whiskey
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 40 grams cream cheese

  • Stuff the pork loin with the mushrooms, season with pepper, and wrap the meat with bacon. On a medium grill, place the meat until it reaches the desired doneness.
