1 pork loin
1 pinch fresh cilantro, chopped
1 clove garlic
4 teaspoons chicken bullion
2 ancho chiles
1/4 morita chiles
1/4 guajillo chiles, large
1/2 onions
1 pinch thyme
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch cumin
1 pinch clove
1 stick unsalted butter
1/2 cups vinegar

Clean all the chiles, soak them in water, vinegar, garlic, onion, cloves, thyme, pepper, cumin, oregano, and cilantro.
Blend all the ingredients from the first step, strain it, and marinate the pork loin with this sauce. Cover it and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cover the loin with butter.
Cook it by basting it with the same sauce and turning it every half hour. Cook for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
