Super Simple and Delicious Stuffed Loin

Loin stuffed with bacon and cheese, a way to integrate flavors and create the perfect mix. This dish is very easy to make and is sure to surprise everyone who tries it.

  • 1 kilo pork loin, (whole piece)
  • olives
  • prunes
  •   bacon bacon
  • deli ham
  • cheese, (to melt)
  • 1 liter pineapple juice
  • 1 can chipotle chile, small
  • 5 árbol chiles 5 árbol chiles
  • 1 pasilla chile
  • spice blend
  •   garlic garlic
  •   salt salt
  • granulated chicken bouillon

  • Season the loin with salt and pepper.
  • Blend the pineapple juice, chipotle chili, the chilies, garlic, onion, consommé, salt, and spices.
  • Fry the bacon and cut it into small pieces.
  • Cut the ham into small pieces and fry.
  • Stuff the loin with cheese, ham, bacon, prunes, and olives. Seal it with hemp thread or toothpicks.
  • Grease the container where the loin will be baked with butter.
  • Place the loin in the container and pour the chili sauce over it.
  • Bake at 200°C for about 1 hour or until the loin is completely cooked.
