Garlic Mojo Ribs

  • 1 envelope McCormick® Garlic Mojo Marinade
  • 30 milliliters water
  • 1/4 cups butter, melted
  • 600 grams pork ribs
  • 2 cups new potatoes, halfway
  • 1 cup baby carrot mix
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups butter, melted
  • salt
  • pepper

  • In a bowl, mix the McCormick® Garlic Mojo Marinade with water until dissolved. Then, add the melted butter and mix until combined. Set aside.
  • Place the ribs in a baking dish, pour the marinade over them, and let them rest for 15 minutes. Set aside.
  • Place the potatoes on a large tray, add the rosemary, drizzle with melted butter, and season with salt and pepper. Then, place the pork rack on top of the vegetables, add the baby carrots, cover with aluminum foil, and bake at 180 °C for 1 hour.
  • Uncover the garlic mojo ribs and roast at 200 °C for 20 minutes.
  • Serve the garlic mojo ribs on a large plate and accompany with vegetables. Enjoy!
