Orange Glazed Ribs

1 kilo pork ribs
1 cup orange juice, acidic
1/2 cups barbecue sauce
chipotle chiles
1/4 cups granulated piloncillo

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Heat a skillet with oil and sear the ribs on both sides (1 minute per side). Place them on a baking tray.
Mix in a bowl the orange juice, piloncillo, barbecue sauce, and chipotles. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Brush each rib with the sauce. Reserve some sauce.
Blend the rest of the sauce, strain it, and bring it to a boil.
Bake the ribs for 10 minutes or until you see they are fully cooked.
Remove from the oven and brush with the hot sauce before serving.
