Poblano BBQ Ribs with Hunt's

1 kilo pork ribs
1/2 liters apple juice
5 árbol chiles
1/2 onions
1 clove garlic
50 grams caramel, liquid
300 grams Hunt´S ® original bbq sauce
3 leaves bay
salt

Cook the pork ribs in water for 25 minutes, preferably in a pressure cooker, adding ¼ onion, 3 bay leaves, and salt to taste.
Soak the árbol chiles in a little apple juice.
Place the cooked meat in a saucepan and pour in 300 grams of Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce; let it marinate for 5 minutes.
Blend the previously soaked árbol chiles, adding ½ liter of apple juice, one garlic clove, ¼ onion, and salt to taste.
Place the saucepan with the marinated meat over low heat. Strain and pour the contents of the blender.
While the ribs are simmering, gradually add the liquid caramel to caramelize the ribs for 25 minutes.
