It's a very practical recipe for Christmas Eve or New Year's, I made it with my family and everyone loved it, it's made in an adobo that you can adjust with spice or without spice.

1 kilo pork ribs
50 grams guajillo chile
1/2 sticks achiote
1 orange, the sauce
1/2 cups vinegar

Soak the guajillo chili in water along with the achiote and let it rest for 10 minutes before blending.
In a saucepan with butter, place the ribs and bath them with the sauce, add the pineapple slices, vinegar, and orange juice.
Place in the oven at medium temperature for 25 to 30 minutes, take it out, and serve.
