Pork Ribs in Adobo

It's a very practical recipe for Christmas Eve or New Year's, I made it with my family and everyone loved it, it's made in an adobo that you can adjust with spice or without spice.

  • 1 kilo pork ribs
  • 50 grams guajillo chile
  • 1/2 sticks achiote
  • 1 orange, the sauce
  • 1/2 cups vinegar

  • Soak the guajillo chili in water along with the achiote and let it rest for 10 minutes before blending.
  • In a saucepan with butter, place the ribs and bath them with the sauce, add the pineapple slices, vinegar, and orange juice.
  • Place in the oven at medium temperature for 25 to 30 minutes, take it out, and serve.
