Pork Ribs with Cola

This recipe is very easy to prepare and delicious. It's a different way to cook pork ribs, and the cola will give a sweet and sour flavor that everyone will love.

  • 1 kilo pork ribs
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cups chipotle chile, chopped
  • 3 potatoes, cubed

  • 500 milliliters cola

  • In a skillet, pour a little oil and heat it.
  • Cut the ribs leaving the bone.
  • Fry the ribs and layer the ribs, onion, and chipotle pepper in the pressure cooker.
  • Finally, add the potatoes.
  • Add the cola until it reaches halfway up the pot, so it stays a bit brothy.
  • Place the pressure cooker on the heat, and when the valve starts to jiggle, count 15 minutes.
