Pork Ribs with Homemade Mole

1/4 kilos pumpkin seeds, powder
3 sprigs fresh cilantro
2 cuaresmeño chiles, seedless
2 leaves lettuce
1/2 liters broth, pork ribs
8 pork ribs, (ask for a piece of the rib rack)
1/4 onions
2 cloves garlic
salt , and herbs to taste

Cook the ribs in a pot with salt, herbs, onion, garlic, and salt.
In the blender, grind the pumpkin seeds, cilantro, lettuce, chiles, and the rib broth.
In a saucepan, fry and season the mole to taste.
Add the ribs to the mole and it's ready!!
