Blend the hydrated ancho chili perfectly with the water it was hydrated in. Set aside.
Remove the bag from the packaging, set aside the tie. Open the bag and place the ribs inside, along with the blended ancho chili and the Knorr® Mis Recetas Al Horno BBQ Sauce seasoning. Close the bag with the tie and mix everything well to season evenly.
Place the bag on a baking tray and bake for 60 minutes at 160 °C.
