Sweet and Sour Ribs

This recipe for sweet and sour ribs is delicious, prepared with honey and mustard, giving a very special touch to this recipe.

  • 20 pork ribs
  • 1/4 cups piloncillo, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/2 cups honey
  • 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • salt

  • Dissolve the piloncillo and vinegar in a saucepan; once combined, remove from heat and add the honey, mustard, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce, mixing well.
  • Season the ribs with salt and pepper, marinate them with the previous mixture, and let them rest for 15 minutes.
  • Place the ribs in a baking dish and bake at 180ºC for 30 minutes.
  • Flip the ribs and leave them for another 20 minutes until cooked.
  • Serve the ribs and accompany the dish with French fries.
