Dissolve the piloncillo and vinegar in a saucepan; once combined, remove from heat and add the honey, mustard, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce, mixing well.
Season the ribs with salt and pepper, marinate them with the previous mixture, and let them rest for 15 minutes.
Place the ribs in a baking dish and bake at 180ºC for 30 minutes.
Flip the ribs and leave them for another 20 minutes until cooked.
Serve the ribs and accompany the dish with French fries.
