Delicious pork skewers with plenty of vegetables for a complete meal with the simple dish of pork skewers.

  • 400 grams pork loin , baked and cut into cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into medium cubes
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into medium cubes
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into medium cubes
  • 1/2 red onions, cut into medium cubes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/4 pineapples, cut into cubes
  • 8 slices bacon
  • olive oil
  • garlic pieces Mccormick®

  • Cover the pork cubes with the bacon slices.
  • Thread a pork cube with bacon, pineapple, red, green, and yellow bell pepper, and onion onto a skewer and repeat.
  • Drizzle olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder over the skewers.
  • Cook on a grill or in a pan.
