Polish Cold Cuts Sandwich

This Polish sandwich is a tribute to the flavors that characterize Polish cuisine, especially its exquisite sausages and other ingredients.

  • 1 telera roll, large
  • 1/4 cups McCormick® mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups McCormick® mustard
  • 1 cup frankfurter sausage, sliced diagonally and roasted
  • 1 cup ham with beer
  • 1/2 cups onion, caramelized
  • 1/2 cups Emmental cheese
  • 1 cup smoked sausage, roasted
  • 1 cup pickled cabbage, sauerkraut
  • 1/2 cups potato wedges, fried

  • Cut the bread roll in half, then spread with McCormick® Mayonnaise and McCormick® Mustard.
  • Add the Frankfurt sausage, beer ham, caramelized onion, Emmental cheese, and smoked sausage. Then, add the pickled cabbage and place the wedge potatoes on top.
  • Serve the Polish cold cuts sandwich on a plate and enjoy!
