For the skewers, mix the ingredients for the skewers in a bowl and whisk for 3 minutes until you have a smooth mixture.
Insert the sausages onto skewers.
Heat the oil over medium heat, dip the skewers in the previous mixture and fry for 5 minutes until they turn golden, drain on absorbent paper and set aside.
