SuKarne MooShoo Pork Leg

This is a delicious oriental recipe, served as a main dish, it can be accompanied by steamed rice or served in crepes.

  • 500 grams SuKarne® boneless pork leg
  • 1/3 cups hoisin sauce
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • ginger, finely chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • Sriracha sauce, to taste
  • 200 shiitake mushrooms, hydrated and in strips
  • 1/2 red cabbages, grated
  • 4 carrots, in julienne
  • chives, for decoration
  • fresh cilantro, for decoration

  • In a bowl, mix the hoisin sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, vinegar, and sriracha sauce. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, place the meat and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a wok, pour a little sesame oil. Heat and add the pork, let it cook until it takes on a golden color.
  • Remove the wok from heat and add a little more oil. Add the mushrooms, let them fry for 5 minutes. Add the cabbage and carrot, mix. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.
  • Remove from heat and mix with the meat, scallions, and cilantro. Serve.
