In another bowl, place the meat and season with salt and pepper.
In a wok, pour a little sesame oil. Heat and add the pork, let it cook until it takes on a golden color.
Remove the wok from heat and add a little more oil. Add the mushrooms, let them fry for 5 minutes. Add the cabbage and carrot, mix. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.
Remove from heat and mix with the meat, scallions, and cilantro.
