4 boneless pork chops, 1 cm thick

2 eggs, for breading
1 1/2 cups panko, for breading
vegetable oil, for frying
1/4 cups ketchup, for the sauce
1/4 cups Worcestershire sauce, for the sauce
1 tablespoon honey, for the sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce, for the sauce
white cabbage, to accompany

Season the meat with salt and pepper on both sides and set aside.
Dust the chops with flour, remove the excess, and then dip them in the egg. Finally, coat the chops with panko.
Fry the chops in plenty of oil over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side. Drain the excess oil on paper towels and set aside.
For the sauce: Mix the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, honey, and soy sauce until all ingredients are combined.
To serve the tonkatsu: Cut the breaded chop into 2-centimeter strips and accompany with tonkatsu sauce and shredded white cabbage.
