250 grams pork

Shell the corn and save the husks to wrap the tamales, scrape and grind the corn kernels.
Mix the corn dough with salt, lard, and sugar. Cook the ancho chili and tomatoes, cook the meat.
Place dough on each corn husk, fill it with meat and the stew with tomato, ancho chile, and a sprig of epazote. Steam them for thirty minutes. Serve.
