12 güero chiles
250 grams chorizo
200 grams asadero cheese
onion, chopped

Wash and devein the chiles. Set aside.
Fry the chorizo, and when it is halfway cooked, add the onion.
Add the grated cheese and mix to allow it to melt.
Stuff the chiles with choriqueso and wrap them in aluminum foil.
Place the wrapped chiles on a griddle or skillet over medium heat until they are soft.
Serve with the aluminum.
