Wrapped Yellow Chiles

An ideal recipe as an appetizer or main dish, these chiles stuffed with choriqueso will be everyone's favorite at home. Don't forget to make them.

  • 12 güero chiles
  • 250 grams chorizo
  • 200 grams asadero cheese
  • onion, chopped

  • Wash and devein the chiles. Set aside.
  • Fry the chorizo, and when it is halfway cooked, add the onion.
  • Add the grated cheese and mix to allow it to melt.
  • Stuff the chiles with choriqueso and wrap them in aluminum foil.
  • Place the wrapped chiles on a griddle or skillet over medium heat until they are soft.
  • Serve with the aluminum.
