Poblano Chicken

Delicious and economical chicken dish with strips of poblano pepper.

  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 onions, in slices
  • 5 Poblano chiles, roasted, peeled, and in strips
  • 200 grams button mushrooms, sliced
  • 750 grams chicken breast, cut into fajitas
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Sauté the onion in the oil, add the strips and cook for 5 minutes, then add the mushrooms and salt, and finally incorporate the chicken and cook until the chicken is done.
  • Remove from heat and add the cream, mixing thoroughly.
