Pork Chops with Apples

This delicious recipe for pork chops with apples is very healthy and will please the whole family.

  • 700 grams pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons pepper
  • cooking spray
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 apple, peeled and cut into eight
  • 3/4 cups apple cider
  • 2 tablespoons cream

  • Season the chops with salt and pepper
  • Lightly coat a skillet with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
  • When the skillet is hot, add the chops and cook for 3-4 minutes, flip them and cook for another 4 minutes. Transfer the chops to a plate and cover them.
  • Add the onion and apples until they are golden, then add the apple cider and cook until the liquid starts to boil. Add the cream and stir.
  • Return the chops to the pan and mix with the sauce.
  • Serve immediately
