Lightly coat a skillet with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
When the skillet is hot, add the chops and cook for 3-4 minutes, flip them and cook for another 4 minutes. Transfer the chops to a plate and cover them.
Add the onion and apples until they are golden, then add the apple cider and cook until the liquid starts to boil. Add the cream and stir.
Return the chops to the pan and mix with the sauce.
Serve immediately
