3 boxes Del Fuerte® Seasoned Ground Tomatoes, 210 grams each
3 árbol chiles, soaked
1/4 onions
1 clove garlic
1 cup vegetable broth
salt
1 tablespoon lard
pepper
500 grams pork rinds, in pieces
cilantro, finely chopped
red onion, diced into small cubes
corn tortillas, to accompany

Blend the containers of Del Fuerte® Seasoned Ground Tomatoes with the tree chilies, onion, garlic, and vegetable broth. Add salt and pepper.
Heat a pot or a deep skillet with the lard and pour in the blended sauce. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the chopped cracklings to the sauce and let soak for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Serve the pork cracklings warm, garnish with cilantro and red onion. Accompany with tortillas.
