Pork in Dry Sauce

This dry sauce pork is perfect for preparing any day of the week, it's economical, yielding, and using Knorr® Juicy Rib your meat will be super tender. The combination of potato cubes with the spicy sauce and pork will be a hit. Serve it with red rice and beans.

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 morita chiles, without tails or seeds
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cube Knorr® Juicy Rib, Rib Broth
  • 500 grams pork chump, cooked and in pieces
  • 2 potatoes, cooked and in medium cubes

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté the chiles for a few seconds without burning them.
  • Roast the tomatoes with the garlic and blend them together with the morita chiles until you achieve a chunky consistency.
  • In the same pot where the chiles were fried, heat the remaining oil and sauté the sauce along with the Knorr® Juicy Rib Broth cube for 5 minutes or until the tomato is well cooked.
  • Add the meat and potatoes, cook for 5 more minutes on low heat, stirring constantly.
  • Serve accompanied by white rice.
