Pork in Tequila

Very easy to prepare without complications and with great flavor.

  • 1 1/2 kilos pork chops, fresh
  • 1 cup Tequila
  • 3 pasilla chiles

  • Preheat the oven to 190 °C.
  • Season the meat with salt and pepper and sear it on both sides. Place it in a baking dish and pour 1/2 cup of tequila over it; bake for 50 minutes.
  • Roast and soak the chiles and blend with the garlic, water, and remaining tequila; fry in a little oil, season with salt and pepper, and let it come to a boil.
  • Pour the sauce over the meat.
