1 kilo pork loin, in medium pieces
1 kilo tomato
1 Habanero chile
1 clove garlic
1/2 onions

In a skillet, melt the butter, add the pork loin cut into medium pieces, and fry them.
When it is cooked and golden, remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same butter, add the washed tomatoes, garlic, onion, habanero, and stir constantly to prevent the ingredients from burning.
Put these ingredients in the blender and blend.
Put the meat in the skillet and pour the mixture over it. Boil for 15 minutes on low heat.
