Pork Loin in Habanero Chili

Smooth and delicate flavor of habanero chili, this pork loin will delight you. It is ideal for family meals on the weekend; in my family, this is the favorite recipe.

  • 1 kilo pork loin, in medium pieces
  • 1 kilo tomato
  • 1 Habanero chile
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 onions

  • In a skillet, melt the butter, add the pork loin cut into medium pieces, and fry them.
  • When it is cooked and golden, remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same butter, add the washed tomatoes, garlic, onion, habanero, and stir constantly to prevent the ingredients from burning.
  • Put these ingredients in the blender and blend.
  • Put the meat in the skillet and pour the mixture over it. Boil for 15 minutes on low heat.
