Blend the onion, garlic, chicken broth, and salt in a blender.
Heat the butter in a pot, once melted, sear the pork loin until well browned on all sides. When well browned, add the previous mixture, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Place the pork loin on a baking sheet, add the remaining broth and powdered consommé, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 90 minutes at 180ºC.
After this time, mix the ketchup with the cream and add it to the pork loin. Let cook for 30 minutes or until the pork loin is tender.
Let rest, slice, and drizzle with the same sauce.
