Pork Loin with Nut and Apple

  • 700 grams pork loin
  • 2 green apples, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 1/4 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs, fresh
  • 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cups celery
  • 1/2 cups water

  • Make a cut halfway through the loin horizontally and place it in a large container.
  • In a small pot, combine the apple, lemon juice, soy sauce, oil, water, and ginger.
  • Cook the apple mixture for 15 minutes or until the apple is well cooked.
  • Remove from heat and add the bread and nuts. Mix well.
  • Add the mixture between the cut of the loin and bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
