We peel the potatoes and carrots, cut them into cubes, and boil them.
When they are ready, we let them cool and then season with a little salt and oil. Stir in some mayonnaise or cream.
We place the pork loin in a dish, season with salt, and add just pepper and a little garlic powder. We put it in the oven until it is ready.
Finally, when the meat is almost done, we make the sauce: we put a little olive oil in the pan with the onions, stir, and add the cheese cubes. When it forms a paste, we add the chicken broth (previously prepared). Before removing from heat, we add parsley, pepper, and nutmeg. Turn off and serve over the meat and enjoy!
