1 kilo pork loin
50 grams bacon
1 liter cola
1 white onion
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cups apple cider vinegar
pepper, to taste
salt , to taste

The meat is pierced with a fork and seasoned with garlic, pepper, vinegar, and salt.
Then it is stuffed with bacon, and sealed (browned) on each side until well sealed.
Next, add one cup of cold water if using pork and hot water if using beef.
Add the slices of onion and cover.
Once the water is consumed, pour in the Coca Cola and place it in the oven at 200 to 250 degrees Celsius, basting it occasionally until cooked.
