Pork Snack Style Chalupa

Who doesn't love snacks? With this practical pork snack style chalupa, you'll drive your family crazy; it's easy, economical, and using Knorr® poblano pepper cream, your chalupas will have a spicy touch. They are a true delicacy!

  • 700 grams pork, cooked and shredded

  • Pass the tortillas through hot oil to soften them, drain, and set aside.
  • Meanwhile, heat Knorr® Poblano Cream and set aside.
  • Assemble the chalupas by placing a bit of poblano cream on the tortillas and adding shredded meat. Continue with the rest of the chalupas.
  • At the moment of serving, sprinkle with fresh cheese and chopped onion.
