Pressure Cooker Ribs

Cook this pressure cooker ribs recipe and serve them with wedge potatoes and ranch dressing; it's an ideal dish to share with friends and family. These ribs are easy, require no oven, and are quick to prepare!

  • 1 tablespoon raw sugar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon salt with celery
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 cup hot sauce
  • 1 kilo pork ribs
  • 1 piece coal
  • 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • potato wedges, for accompaniment
  • ranch dressing, for accompaniment

  • Mix the brown sugar, paprika, oregano, celery salt, onion powder, and hot sauce in a bowl, then add the pork ribs and mix. Set aside.
  • Heat the charcoal over direct heat until it is glowing red. Set aside.
  • Place the piece of charcoal on top of the pressure cooker, add the apple cider vinegar, the water, then place the rack, add the ribs, and cover. Cook for 30 minutes.
  • Serve with wedge potatoes and ranch dressing.
