1.3 kilos pork tenderloin, head, cut into 3.5 cm cubes
2 Jalapeño chiles, chopped or to taste
1 serrano chile, chopped or to taste
1 onion, large chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 teaspoons fresh cilantro, chopped
3 teaspoons ground cumin
1 1/2 cups beef broth

Heat oil in a pressure cooker over medium-high heat.
Brown the pork cubes in the hot oil. Add the poblano pepper, jalapeño, serrano, onion, garlic, cilantro, cumin, and beef broth.
Cover and seal, let the pressure rise, and reduce the heat to maintain stable pressure.
Cook at medium pressure for 1 hour.
Remove the pot from the heat, place it in the sink, and let a stream of cold water run over the lid until the pressure drops completely.
Carefully uncover and serve the carnitas.
