  • 250 milliliters water

  • Preparation Pulled Pork: Mix thyme, cumin, rosemary, paprika, and ground black pepper perfectly in a molcajete.
  • Clean the meat and cover with the spice mixture, placing it in a container. Cover tightly and let marinate for 8 to 12 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Remove from refrigeration and place in a baking dish. Add the vinegar, bay leaf, sugar, and garlic clove.
  • Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 130°C
  • After the time has passed, remove from the oven. Uncover and use two forks to shred the meat.
  • Place the result on a plate and serve as is or as a filling for hamburger buns.
  • For the Amara Shoulder pulled pork sandwich: Heat the bread on the grill or griddle.
  • Place lettuce to taste at the base of the bread.
