Pumpkin and Potato Soup

A delicious potato soup with a touch of zucchini, to give a twist to your meal and surprise your whole family. This is the perfect recipe as it is not only tasty but also very easy to make.

  • 2 Knorr® beef bouillon, cubes
  • 2 zucchinis, medium
  • 1 potato , peeled and grated
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine
  • 4 cups water

  • In a pot over medium heat, melt the Margarina Primavera® Cooking without salt and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the potato and sauté until slightly golden.
  • Pour in the water, add and dissolve the Knorr® Beef Flavor Bouillon cubes and bring the soup to a boil.
  • Add the zucchinis and boil for 5 more minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
