1/2 cups lemon juice
1/2 cups vegetable oil
1/2 cups soy sauce
1/4 cups brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons pepper
1 kilo skirt steak
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
yellow bell peppers
12 corn tortillas
1 onion, in strips
avocados
green salsas

Prepare the marinade by mixing lemon juice, vegetable oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and coarse pepper in a deep bowl.
In a resealable bag, marinate the beef with half of the marinade and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or up to 10 before cooking.
Soak the peppers and onions in the remaining marinade and refrigerate.
Remove the beef from the marinade and slice it into strips.
Heat a skillet over high heat until very hot and sear the meat, then lower the heat and continue cooking to your desired doneness for the fajitas.
Meanwhile, in another skillet, cook the onions and peppers over high heat until browned.
Heat the tortillas and serve.
Serve the beef fajitas with the peppers and tortillas with guacamole and salsa.
