Rice with Chicken and Mushrooms

  • 100 grams rice
  • 1/2 chicken breasts
  • 100 grams button mushrooms
  • 1/2 kilos tomatillo
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cups white wine
  • salt
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

  • First, wash the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Chop the tomato and garlic.
  • In the rice cooker, add a little olive oil and when it’s hot, add the onion and garlic with a pinch of salt to season.
  • Add the mushrooms and let them cook for about 5 minutes, then add the chicken to brown a little.
  • Add white wine and let it evaporate. Then add the rice, wait for it to cook, and if necessary, add water until it reaches the right consistency.
  • Cover the rice cooker so the dish can finish cooking for another 10 minutes.
