100 grams rice
1/2 chicken breasts
100 grams button mushrooms
1/2 kilos tomatillo
1/2 onions
1 clove garlic
1/2 cups white wine
salt
4 tablespoons olive oil

First, wash the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Chop the tomato and garlic.
In the rice cooker, add a little olive oil and when it’s hot, add the onion and garlic with a pinch of salt to season.
Add the mushrooms and let them cook for about 5 minutes, then add the chicken to brown a little.
Add white wine and let it evaporate. Then add the rice, wait for it to cook, and if necessary, add water until it reaches the right consistency.
Cover the rice cooker so the dish can finish cooking for another 10 minutes.
