1 chicken, whole
4 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons dry chicken broth or bouillon
3 tablespoons garlic salt
1 tablespoon pepper
2 tablespoons thyme, powder

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius.
Wash the chicken and dry it very well.
Mix the spices and coat the chicken with them.
Place the chicken on a roasting rack.
Bake for 2 hours or until the chicken is very crispy on the outside.
Remove from the oven, cut the pieces, and serve.
