  • 4 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons dry chicken broth or bouillon
  • 3 tablespoons garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons thyme, powder

  • Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius.
  • Wash the chicken and dry it very well.
  • Mix the spices and coat the chicken with them.
  • Place the chicken on a roasting rack.
  • Bake for 2 hours or until the chicken is very crispy on the outside.
  • Remove from the oven, cut the pieces, and serve.
