  • 1 turkey, 3 kg
  • 5 slices lean bacon
  • 200 grams unsalted butter
  • 2 cups white wine
  • 200 milliliters orange juice
  • 300 grams low salt ham
  • 5 chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
  • 300 grams cream cheese
  • 500 grams sour cream
  • 1/2 cups cherry

  • The cleaned turkey the night before is injected with wine and juice.
  • The next day, boil the chicken thighs, drain them, and in a food processor, place the chicken, ham, cheese, and cream, so that it becomes a smooth paste.
  • The turkey is seasoned and covered with butter.
  • To the ham and chicken mixture, add cherries and mix it, fill the turkey with this, close it with hooks or with thread and needle,
  • Tie the turkey legs, place it in a dish, covering it with bacon slices.
  • Bake for 3 hours at 220°C and during cooking, baste it with lard or melted butter unless it is wrapped in aluminum foil.
