Chili Dogs Regios

Chili Dogs, Monterrey style for children's parties or cravings. This is a very simple recipe to prepare, and its flavor is unmatched. The combination of chorizo, sausage, beans, and ketchup complements each other perfectly, creating a dish that everyone will love.

  • 4 sausages
  • 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 1 chorizo
  • 1 can beans, ranch
  • potato chips, or dehydrated to accompany
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 6 hot dog buns, or chili dog

  • Cut the sausages into half-moons and set aside.
  • In a pan, add the oil and heat on low; add the chorizo and brown for a few minutes.
  • Once the chorizo is browned, add the sausage and brown for 5 minutes.
  • Add the ranch beans with all the water over medium heat. Wait for it to start boiling.
  • Once boiling, add half a cup of ketchup, mix, and lower to low heat. Wait 5 minutes and turn off.
  • Open the buns and fill with the stew.
