  • 2 serrano chiles, for hot sausages
  • 2 cups sausages, sliced, for hot sausages
  • 2 tablespoons Maggi seasoning, for hot sausages
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, for hot sausages
  • 1 cup lime juice, for hot sausages
  • 2 cups valentina sauce, for hot sausages
  • 2 cups sausages, snack-style, for cold sausages
  • 2 tablespoons Maggi seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, for cold sausages
  • 1/2 cups lime juice, for cold sausages
  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce, for cold sausages
  • 1/4 cups ketchup, low in calories

  • For the hot sausages: Heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil and cook the onion. Add the peppers and sausages, cooking for about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and mix in the sauces and lime juice.
  • Serve while still hot.
  • For the cold sausages, mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Serve.
