400 grams sausages, in rounds
1 onion, large
Maggi seasoning sauce
English sauces
vegetable oil, as needed

Slice the onion into julienne, not too thin or too thick.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion (enough oil to cook the onion but not too much, you can remove the excess when the onion is cooked).
Once the onion is sautéed, cook the sausages and season with lemon, salt, pepper, Maggi sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
