Sausages with Onions

  • 400 grams sausages, in rounds
  • 1 onion, large
  • Maggi seasoning sauce
  • English sauces
  • vegetable oil, as needed
  • 2 limes

  • Slice the onion into julienne, not too thin or too thick.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion (enough oil to cook the onion but not too much, you can remove the excess when the onion is cooked).
  • Once the onion is sautéed, cook the sausages and season with lemon, salt, pepper, Maggi sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
