A delicious and easy chicken made with vegetables, Asian sauces, and sesame. The original recipe is made in a wok, but if you don't have one, you can do it in a pan.
Cut the chicken into cubes and mix with salt, pepper, and sesame seeds.
Heat half of the sesame oil in a wok over high heat and cook the chicken for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through and slightly golden. Remove from the wok and keep on a warm plate while you cook the vegetables.
Place the other half of the oil and cook the mushrooms, cabbage, and bell pepper for 5 minutes or until well cooked.
In a small bowl, mix the vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, and sugar. Add this vinaigrette to the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and continue cooking for 1 minute.
Add the chicken, mix well, and serve.
