1 clove garlic
1/4 onions
2 tomatoes, cut into quarters
3 guajillo chiles, seedless
2 cups beef broth
500 grams skirt steak, cooked and shredded
2 potatoes, cut into cubes
salt and pepper

Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the garlic, onion, tomatoes, and chiles.
Blend the above with the beef broth.
Return to heat for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper; add the potatoes.
Add the meat and let it cook for 10 more minutes or until it thickens slightly.
