FOR THE GREEN SAUCE:
In a pot, boil the tomatillos, onion, garlic, and jalapeño peppers. When the vegetables are cooked, blend them together with the cilantro stems. Add the Swiss cheese to the blender.
Fry the tortillas in hot oil for 2 minutes without letting them brown or lose flexibility.
Fill the fried tortillas with boiled and shredded chicken. Close them forming cylinders.
In a baking dish, arrange the filled tortilla cylinders one on top of the other until the dish is full. Pour the vegetable sauce and Swiss cheese over them.
