Delicious fillet with mushroom sauce is a delightful fish dish that I love to prepare during the warm season; the fish must always be fresh for the recipe to turn out great.
The fish is soaked in milk with salt and then coated in flour.
It is fried in a large skillet with hot oil. Then it is placed in a baking dish.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by melting the butter and adding 2 tablespoons of flour until the flour is cooked, about 2 minutes. Add the mushroom juice while whisking with a balloon whisk, add salt and dill. Finally, add the lemon juice.
To finish, the sauce is poured over the fish and parsley is sprinkled on top.
